There’s a new (and sought after) establishment in the bustling restaurant scene in São Paulo. It’s the Ruella Caffé & Bistro, the delicious restaurant of chef Danielle Dahoui, which opens on Tuesday, a unit in a friendly little street in Pinheiros. With high ceilings and an unpretentious atmosphere, the house won frames and panels painted by artists such as Isabelle Tuchband, numbered prints and photographs by artists like Salvador Dalí, Klaus Mitteldorf and Annie Leibovitz.

* On the menu, the same dishes with the irresistible French flavor that established the chef, including classics such as the steak tartare. This weekend, even in an atmosphere of soft opening, but already with a waiting list, it was Dahoui herself who welcomed customers and took care of every detail in the kitchen. Brilliant!
