New York is going to be too small for Brazilians over the next days. As if Ivete Sangalo’s mega concert on Madison Square Garden on Saturday and Luciano Huck’s birthday party on Provocateur on Sunday weren’t enough, Patrícia Brandão invites for a super exclusive Tuesday night at a new hotspot, the Chatwal Hotel, that is located on a building built in 1905 by Stanford White.

* The building also houses the Lambs Club, first drama club of the United States, where stars like Fred Astaire and Charlie Chaplin, among many others, studied. And, after being refurbished by Thierry Despont, the hotel will receive for dinner names like Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia, Bethy Lagardere, Adriana Bittencourt, Daniel Ragone, from Interview magazine, Andrew Bolton, from Metropolitan’s Costume Institute, and Pedro D’Orey, from Conde Nast Spain.

* The menu is by chef Geoffrey Zakarian, who promises the best contemporary American cuisine.
