Canadian model Kate Somers doesn’t go unnoticed. Tall and redheaded, she showed up at our lounge, and between one drink and another, said she was enjoying her first trip to Brazil. "I love this city. It’s so different from Toronto, people are beautiful and the weather is incredible."
* With six shows in the season, Kate ended up shooting an editorial for Vogue U.S. and is in Lacoste’s current campaign, photographed by Terry Richardson. "I know Daiane Conterato Débora Müller from international fashion weeks, but it’s nice to run into them here and get to know other models, who all look great, by the way," she says.
