As we said earlier, Kaká and his wife, Carol Celico, set up a party to celebrate the 3rd birthday of their son Luca. During the party, which took place on a children’s buffet in Sao Paulo, the family, including Isabella, who’s not even two months old yet, posed for pictures. What a beautiful family!
