Heading one of the coolest dance floors in Sao Paulo, DJ Pete Tong performed at Disco, on Friday. We took advantage of his visit to Brazil to have a chat with him and learned that he started to deejay as a child, in the 1970s, when house music started in the UK .
* Pete has played in several great cities, but Ibiza is definitely his favorite. On the other hand, there have been a few weird places, such as when he traveled to Russia, near Kazakhstan. The DJ talks fondly about Brazil: "I’ve always been a fan of Sergio Mendes and Gilberto Gil. In my radio programs, I was a great partner of Gui Boratto and Carlo Dall Anes.”
