On Tuesday, Glamurettes who love fashion have a great date at Cine Cultura, at Conjunto Nacional. It’s the premiere of the documentary "Top Models – A Brazilian Fairy Tale", which happens at 8 p.m.
* After the screening there’s a discussion with director Richard Luiz, the mind behind the project and creator of SPFW, with Paulo Borges, and with model Caroline Ribeiro. The trick is to arrive early to get a ticket, because the session fill up pretty quickly. The film reveals the backstage life of top models and shows their problems and difficulties to achieve success.
* Actress Alice Braga does the narration, mixing reality and fiction in the role of a journalist interested in unraveling the mystery that makes top models look so good. "Top Models" hits theaters on June 17 in Sao Paulo, Rio and Salvador. And another cool thing: the proceeds of the documentary are going to Hematology Oncology Pediatric Unit of the hospital Erik Loeff, in Salvador.
